    My first set was really a challenge for me because I've never done it before and I hated it so much in the moment, but I felt amazing after it, I did something a little different for legs, and I also did my regular routine for leg day, you want to always add in something new just so it can be exciting and being able to do what you think you couldn't, it's a great feeling, I learned a lot and I'm excited to show y'all because y'all can also do these & IT WILL BURN & MAKE SURE YOU GET THE SQUEEZE IN!!! but so what! Nothing is ever easy guys ! Try it out !!! I try to be at the gym when I have the chance, i can't do it everyday, well "technically" I can but I don't do it everyday 4 to 5 times a week is great or whatever you can feel is good for you, guys never settle for "comfortable" if your like that, you won't achieve much!
