I stayed at 107-115 from ages 15-22 and then started gaining weight in 2020 at age 23. (Thanks to quarantine.) I am about 125-129, my weight fluctuates. My measurements are 32-24-38.

What worked for me was drinking Ensure Plus shakes, along with eating 3 full meals a day. I also started taking Maca Root pills to increase my appetite (widen them hips too honey). I don’t have to drink Ensure anymore. I still take Maca Root and also Fenugreek.

My biggest tip for healthy eating habits to gain weight is to NOT be stressed and depressed anymore. When I’m stressed, I skip meals. So lowering my stress worked wonders. Being underweight was due to being unhappy which caused unhealthy eating habits.

I was eating like 1 or 2 light meals a day and sleeping all day because I was sad. Or I was so busy that I forgot to eat. Now I’m eating 3 to 4 full meals a day, with snacks.

To my skinny girls, the slim thickness era is coming. Get rid of all toxic energy and people that are impacting your eating habits.

Don’t skip meals and take Maca Root pills for a natural way to increase appetite. Drink high calorie protein shakes on top of meals.
