Significant rainfall expected this evening through Saturday.

Hazard: Total rainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm with locally higher amounts possible.

Timing: This evening through Saturday.

Discussion: Periods of rain will begin over southwestern Ontario late this afternoon and progress eastward overnight. The rain is expected to taper off Saturday afternoon or evening. A few flurries will developing Saturday night as colder air moves into the region.
