This year's #soberoctober ended and I didn't workout at all until yesterday. I made a lot of physical fitness progress in the last month, and I could see it all sliding away if I didn't recommit.
We were doing 7 days a week burning at least 500 calories and also doing 100 pushups a day. I'm gonna drop that down to 5 days a week to avoid burning out, but my goal is to do something 7 days a week, even if one or two of those days are just sauna and ice bath.
There's something very different about having an absolute obligation to workout for a specific goal, and to require yourself to reach that goal every day.
